SUMMARY  
We’re looking for a Global Marketing Programs Manager to join the Field and Partner Marketing team at Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Global Programs and ABM and collaborate with a team of Wizards dedicated to supporting programs that drive pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. As the Global Marketing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs that drive demand, generate leads, and accelerate sales opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 
  • Design and implement global marketing programs that align with business goals, covering the entire marketing funnel and including direct mailers, meeting makers, webinars, and cross-regional events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional marketing and sales teams—including field and partner marketing, digital marketing, campaigns and BDRs—to create global marketing programs that support pipeline and regional goals
  • Work with regional marketing teams to adapt global programs to local markets, ensuring relevance and effectiveness while maintaining brand consistency
  • Develop campaigns-in-a-box from global campaigns that bring messaging and collateral to the regional level and support in region programs
  • Conduct post-program assessments to track results, measure ROI, and objectively compare programs to one another, leading to program optimization. Continuously update and adjust strategies to meet and exceed the requirements of the market, sales teams, and expanding business needs.
  • Assist in the execution of campaigns, and provide support to the regional teams.
  • Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to drive marketing performance and value.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing global marketing programs with a strong focus on demand generation, lead nurturing, and event marketing.
  • General knowledge of different marketing channels, including digital marketing, demand generation and partner marketing
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly, problem solve and execute independently.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
