Our finance team is growing, and we are looking for someone who is eager for the opportunity to own and refine our finance processes and infrastructure, particularly in support of accounts payable (AP), corporate expense report administration and management, and associated reconciliations as part of the month-end close cycle.

What you will be doing:

  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data;
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted;
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements;
  • Process, classify, and record expense reports on the corporate expense report programs;
  • Monitor and optimize existing finance processes, working with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Assist the broader operations team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you bring along: 

  • AA or BA in Accounting preferred;
  • 1+ year experience in accounting or bookkeeping;
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and experience using AP platforms such as Bill.com;
  • Experience working with Netsuite and Expensify preferred.
