The Field Marketing team is looking for a skilled Field Marketer to provide support to our Enterprise Land sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and executing successful virtual field marketing activities to help advance the Enterprise Land initiative. This will involve driving the planning and preparation phases, ensuring smooth execution during each event, and conducting thorough analysis and post-event evaluation against Field Marketing goals.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing high-visibility programs. You will be focused on accelerating pipeline to land net new accounts. This role is a great fit if you have strong interpersonal skills, thrive working in a dynamic environment, and can balance critical thinking and creative problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Field Marketing, this role will play a key role in driving the planning and execution of our virtual event initiatives, including a Webinar series, Executive Roundtable and Networking program, and third-party events and programs by sourcing vendors, contract and payment management, and logistics including running the programs on virtual platforms such as Zoom. This role will also manage speakers, content, and pre/post-program follow-up and reporting.

You will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners within Events, Sales, Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Analytics to identify audiences and opportunities, implement campaigns, measure impact, and share key takeaways.

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Marketing background (7+ years) with B2B experience and working with a Sales organization
  • Experience planning and executing dynamic virtual field events targeting decision makers and executives such as Webinars, Executive Roundtable and Networking programs, and third-party events as well as building out new programs
  • Enthusiasm for project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity working with brand and messaging guidelines, ideally for an Enterprise audience
  • Attention to detail and exceptional listening, writing, and organizational skills
  • Passion for deriving insights from data for continuous improvement and comprehensive reporting
  • Proficient and hands-on experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinar; working experience with Salesforce and building reports; experience with other CRMs, project management (Asana), analytic tools (Looker), and registration (Cvent) tools a plus.

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $123,000 – $167,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
