Our mission is to help the humans of data do more and have fun while doing just that. Atlan’s marketing has time and again created quite the buzz in the data ecosystem and we are looking to scale our Field Marketing org to create lasting impact. The Mission
- Scale our field marketing efforts, both virtual and in-person, into a driving force to help Atlan become a home for data teams around the world.
- Build repeatable templates to be efficient where possible and experiment continuously to drive new experiences each time.
- Own and develop our event strategy and calendar, from large splashes like conferences and webinars to closed-door settings like roundtables or wine and dines across the full funnel -> top of funnel to happy customers.
- Own end-to-end execution of events at Atlan along with recruiting the right talent and working with external agencies where needed to make each event successful, includes events that Atlan attends, sponsors, and hosts.
- Raise the bar at each event by analyzing event data and metrics to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Care deeply about each detail and every attendee at every event because that’s what makes Atlan uniquely special – we care about every human of data.
What makes you a match for us?
- 8+ years experience organizing digital and offline events and owning end-to-end execution of the same.
- Has experience owning a $2M+ events budget and driving the events calendar through continuous research on appropriate industry conferences.
- Has built and managed a team, with experience of being both a player-coach & a manager.
- Detail orientation in organizing and curating events that people LOVE. The extra attention to detail is what changes the game!
- Creativity to cut through the noise and stand out regardless of the size and shape of the event.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability.A solid understanding of marketing channels for distribution and community marketing.
