JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is looking for a Director of Global Field and Partner Marketing to lead a world-class team responsible for accelerating revenue growth through strategic marketing programs across North America, and EMEA. This highly visible role will be responsible for shaping and executing our global field and partner marketing strategy, closely aligned with sales and GTM priorities. You will work across regions and time zones to drive new logo acquisition, pipeline velocity, and partner-led growth, while building our presence in key markets like the UK through hands-on execution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Define and execute a global field and partner marketing strategy that aligns with company growth goals and GTM priorities.
  • Own a globally coordinated, regionally executed marketing plan across a 6-month rolling horizon, balancing strategic planning with operational excellence.
  • Drive pipeline generation and acceleration through regional campaign execution in priority markets (e.g. UK, US East/West Coast, DACH), collaborating directly with regional sales leads.
  • Serve as a senior partner to sales leadership, translating business priorities into actionable marketing programs and owning the full marketing lifecycle—plan, execute, measure, refine.
  • Expand and lead a high-performing team of 4 direct reports across Europe and the US, providing mentorship, setting KPIs, and scaling operational processes.
  • Build and evolve Storyblok’s partner marketing strategy, co-developing go-to-market plans with strategic alliances, agencies, and solution partners to amplify reach and revenue.
  • Maintain a hands-on presence in high-priority markets to test, iterate, and showcase best-in-class marketing tactics.
  • Ensure the effective design, promotion, and execution of integrated field events, webinars, ABM initiatives, and partner campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI using a data-driven approach to optimize regional budgets and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with campaign marketing, content, and brand teams to localize global messaging and scale campaign assets effectively.
  • Foster alignment with product marketing, sales enablement, and customer success to ensure cohesive messaging and full-funnel impact.
  • Own and manage the global field and partner marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment of resources across regions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional field/partner marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of team management across geographies, preferably with direct reports in both North America and Europe.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and influencing revenue through multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling partner marketing programs and co-selling motions with technology or agency partners.
  • Ability to seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution, particularly in critical markets like the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management and budgeting experience across complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing technology stacks (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, ABM tools, event platforms).
