We’re in search of a new Customer Success Manager to join our B2B Lead Generation agency.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, an excellent communicator, and a problem solver.

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and our fulfillment team. Your ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while understanding and addressing the needs of our clients and hitting their KPI’s, will be instrumental.

Here are some responsibilities of the role:

– Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and quickly build relationships
– Perform onboarding calls with new clients to get them acquainted with our process and gather information to be used by our fulfillment team
– Perform check-in calls with existing clients to ensure they are using our systems correctly and communicate any strategy changes to the team
– Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within 1 business day)
– Problem-solve and manage crises. Be able to keep the temperature low with irate clients and find a win-win situation for problems
– Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
– Assist internal teams with coordination and prioritization of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems
– Review campaign data and identify trends and insights to develop strategic recommendations for campaigns

Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

– 2+ years of previous Account Management/customer facing experience. You should have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
– An understand of the tech space and how business development and sales processes work.
– Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required, with a strong command of the language and little to no accent.
– An understanding of how Cold calling and email campaigns work.
– Available in the CST/EST timezone
– This is a 100% remote and full-time position.
