We are looking for a hands-on Customer Relationship Manager who is ready to conquer the market with our leading SaaS solution. In this exciting role, you will develop and implement effective customer communication strategies to enable and engage with our customers. The role also involves supporting our customers in becoming product experts by providing the right information at scale.
In this role you will
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy tailored to our target audience, including product newsletters, in-app messages, and videos.
  • Extend our internal and external knowledge sharing base.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to gather insights, staying informed on customer needs and market trends to create relevant, engaging content.
  • Use data-driven approaches to segment audiences, personalise communication, and improve engagement rates.
  • Use A/B test communication strategies and analyse results to optimise campaigns and messages.
  • Automate communication processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
What you need to be successful
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer communication or content management, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience with customer.io, Braze, or similar customer communication tools.
  • Excellent command of English; German is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate communication performance, segment audiences, and optimise strategies through testing.
  • Skilled in automating customer communication processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
