Bloomreach is seeking an experienced revenue marketer to join our growing Customer Marketing team. This person will primarily be responsible for creating and managing campaigns for our customer base that will generate sales pipeline to meet the overall company’s upsell/ cross-sell goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience managing B2B demand generation campaigns to work with some of the world’s top brands and establish strong revenue generation programs amongst existing customers.

Your job will be to:

  • Understand the Bloomreach customer segments and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell that will help achieve company goals.
  • Leverage a variety of channels to design effective pipeline-generating campaigns and ongoing programs. Develop, launch, and report on programs regularly.
  • Develop an Enterprise customer ABM program, to improve customer engagement with our top tier customers.
  • Project manage each of your programs, working with appropriate stakeholders and driving projects forward with a focus on communicating meaningful messages to various customer groups in a timely manner.
  • Establishing processes as needed to meet objectives. This is a new role so some processes may not yet exist. A builder mentality is needed to understand what needs to be created and take initiative to pull people together to do it.
  • Participate in the larger Customer Marketing and Relationship Marketing team initiatives as needed. Bloomreachers love to brainstorm and learn lessons from team members in other roles and departments to maximize creativity and improve our programs.

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, (with help) you will create campaign plans for upsell/ cross-sell campaigns to segments most urgently needed
  • In 90 days, you will have gained buy-in on campaign plans and executed the necessary elements in order to launch multiple campaigns to support the quarterly pipeline goals
  • In 180 days, you will create an always-on nurture strategy for upsell/ cross-sell programs to deliver predictable results

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 5-8 years experience in B2B marketing, with specific experience in demand generation
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working directly with sales teams to enable them to effectively follow up on campaigns, chasing every lead to full follow up, etc
  • Strong analytical skills to determine effectiveness and ROI of customer marketing programs and provide insights for future improvements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and communicate to the organization about those processes
