Are you ready to be the creative powerhouse behind client success? We’re looking for a versatile Creative Strategist to join our team and push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital advertising.
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the bridge between clients, sales, and our Creative Studio, ensuring every ad creative is optimized for performance and impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our Revenue team, providing data-driven creative insights that enhance brand storytelling and drive measurable results. Whether advising clients on the latest ad trends, refining creative concepts, or overseeing the production process, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the success of digital campaigns.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States and are hiring for two Creative Strategists based in EST and PST time zones.
What you’ll be doing:

- Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance-driven recommendations backed by data and experience to optimize client campaign KPIs.
- Acting as a subject-matter expert on creative best practices, advising clients and Sales teams on innovative ad formats, storytelling techniques, and emerging industry trends.
- Supporting Sales in pitching, growing, and retaining clients by demonstrating the impact of creative strategy on campaign success.
- Managing multiple creative projects from brief creation to asset delivery, ensuring deadlines, specs, and brand guidelines are met with precision.
- Collaborating with our Production Team to develop compelling, high-performing ad creatives that surpass client expectations and drive measurable results.
What you’ll bring to the table:

- 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction (graphic design experience is a plus—please provide work samples if available).
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising channels.
- Proven ability to conceptualize strong creative ideas that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Client-facing communication skills, with experience presenting creative ideas and gathering feedback to refine deliverables.
- Experience in creating digital ads, campaigns, or promotional content (e.g., social media, email marketing, website assets, paid advertising).
- Bonus points for advanced skills in graphic design, programmatic ad tech, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or fluency in French, Spanish, or German.
