As Country Manager (ESP), you’ll take the reins of a key market and enjoy the freedom and responsibility of driving new billings growth. So, if seeing the impact you have on a company motivates you, this role is for you.

You’ll grow Hostinger by coordinating business development and advertising sales with direct partners and through media agencies. You’ll help craft product ideas and coordinate the production of localized content that speaks directly to the folks in Spain.

You’ll even have the opportunity to get your hands dirty with the marketing team; developing ingenious strategies which draw on your particular understanding of the Spanish psyche. You’ll act as Hostinger’s authorized spokesperson for Spain.

What You Will Do:

  • Be responsible for Hostinger’s success in Spain;
  • Create and execute a local marketing plan, and monitor targets aligned with overall goals;
  • Talk with clients, and help us to provide the best user experience possible;
  • Seek out new marketing channels specific to your country;
  • Use data to support your intuition and make decisions;
  • Work with the content team to create engaging tutorials;
  • Manage and maintain partnerships with local media partners;
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and localisation teams to adapt content to your market, coordinate local PR execution, and maintain an exceptional image for Hostinger on social media;
  • Provide feedback and industry-specific insights for global teams.

What We Expect:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in marketing;
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing channels – their management and growth tactics;
  • Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Tech-savviness and ability to pick up new technology quickly;
  • Great communicator with the ability to talk with clients and partners;
  • A real passion for helping clients solve complex business and marketing questions;
  • Ability to work as a part of the team but also independently and can prioritize multiple projects.
