Greenhouse is looking for two Marketing Copywriters to join our team! Reporting to our Head of Brand and Creative and dotted-lined to our Senior Copywriter, you’ll use your experience in marketing copywriting and brand storytelling to craft impactful messaging that resonates with People teams and business leaders who want to become great at hiring.

We’re not just looking for an excellent writer – we’re also searching for someone who can effectively connect business strategy to their copy to get results and help demonstrate the Brand team’s impact to the company at large. We have a high visual design standard at Greenhouse, and we need someone to build quality copy to match across a variety of asset types (email, paid advertising, web, video scripts, etc.). This quality commitment also includes reviewing and editing copy for grammar, spelling and brand voice. What you’ll do

  • Support Sr. Copywriter by taking on writing and editing copy for marketing campaigns, initiatives and programs, and/or customer-facing content and programs
  • Review and edit existing copy with laser-vision accuracy honed by experience
  • Craft original copy for various marketing channels and formats, both medium and short, that’s “on voice” with our brand
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback and alignment on messaging

You should have

  • Professional copywriting experience
  • Experience writing marketing copy for a B2B audience
  • Stellar writing skills exemplified in a compelling portfolio
  • Ability to autonomously manage writing projects and effectively carry them to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a growing and dynamic environment
  • Ability to support occasional, varying projects as needed
  • Agency experience, a plus
  • Experience working in SaaS/HR tech organizations, a plus

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $88,000 – $120,000
