We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to take Flux to the next level. We worked hard and built an all remote team with a great culture, join us and work from wherever you desire!
You will lead the early engagement with our community of Hardware Engineers, fostering new users, conversion, and retention, while building new training programs, blog posts, and technical content to evangelize our product to the world!

🎯  You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience building communities around software, with a deep understanding of how to create mature developer relation programs
  • Strong understanding of PCB design, with professional training in EE, Computer Engineering or similar
  • Previous participant / evangelist at technology conferences (in person and/or online), blogging, writing articles, and contributing to online technology-based discussion forums
  • Demonstrate a drive for results and possess an ownership mentality, while having the ability to successfully solve problems and make decisions
  • Ability to build consensus and inspire cross-functional and/or global teams to work together despite organizational boundaries
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and growth, constantly keeping up with current industry trends and processes
