We do this by being relentlessly product-focused, fostering the free-flowing exchange of ideas, and inspiring people around the world to dream up new ways of using Bitly.

The Role
The Chief Revenue Officer is pivotal to our growth strategy and is responsible for driving all aspects of our global sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused industry leader with a strong balance of strategic thinking and consistent track record of exceeding sales targets for SaaS products. The role includes a deep accountability around closing new customers and new revenue, driving expansion revenue within Bitly’s existing enterprise customer base, and fostering multi-product adoption across Bitly’s category leading Connections Platform.

This critical role will report to our President and work closely with other leaders within the organization to create effective sales programs at-scale. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can shift seamlessly between the successful execution of quarterly targets and implementing longer-term strategic changes for the business.
