Role Description: The Card Program Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company’s card programs with an emphasis on BIN Sponsorship. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of all card-related operations, including BIN sponsorships related to credit, debit, and prepaid card programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in card networking with Visa and MasterCard, excellent project management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive program growth and innovation.

In this role you will:

    • Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of all card programs, including product development, implementation, and ongoing operations.
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the card programs, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
    • Compliance: Ensure all card programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with card issuers, payment processors, and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations and optimal service levels.
    • Data Analysis: Monitor program performance through data analysis and reporting. Use insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in card program management or a related field within financial services.
    • Strong understanding of card payment systems and industry regulations.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
    • Self starter that likes to work in a collaborative team environment
    • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive program improvements.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement long-term plans for the card programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.

**Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on geographical market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $177,000 – $200,000 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle, LA)
Zone 2: $123,654 – $145,475 (Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, San Diego, DC)
Zone 3: $100,000 – $120,000 (Other US Metros)
