ClickUp is seeking a Business Systems Manager who will mentor BSAs and inspiring them with a compelling vision. You will demonstrate creative problem-solving, effective communication, and efficient productivity. Collaborating with business and technical teams, you will deliver scalable and beautiful system solutions aligned with key business goals and strategies in mind.
The ideal Business Systems Manager understands the importance of GTM systems, has prior experience in working with business systems teams, and brings hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and other GTM technologies. You are an out-of-the-box creative problem-solver and people manager with the skills to collaborate and influence business stakeholders.
The Role:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts; oversee hiring, training, performance management, and professional growth.
    • Enhance team processes to boost speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Foster a culture of inclusion and innovation, motivating individuals to excel and help the organization achieve its goals.
    • Develop team members to align their career aspirations with the organization’s objectives.
  • Drive GTM Systems Strategy and Architectural Decisions:
    • Offer well-informed opinions to shape both short- and long-term systems strategies and roadmaps.
    • Craft a compelling vision and strategy that inspires action.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership, contributing impactful ideas to the company strategy.
    • Use your knowledge of GTM system capabilities to recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Work with the delivery team to guide significant architectural decisions within our GTM tech stack.
  • Hands-on Analysis and Solutioning
    • Collaborate with team members to tackle intricate business challenges, utilizing varied viewpoints and skills.
    • Increase capacity by actively engaging in BSA tasks for projects and assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Competencies:
    • 6+ years of experience configuring and managing Salesforce, CPQ, and Ironclad.
    • 3+ years of experience architecting and optimizing CPQ systems and workflows.
    • Drive business process reengineering.
    • Possess a deep understanding of SaaS GTM technologies.
  • Leadership and Organizational Savvy:
    • Navigate complex policies, processes, and organizational dynamics with ease.
    • Inspire, motivate, and guide a team of BSAs.
    • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and requirements.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and expand your network.
    • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when facing obstacles and navigating ambiguity.
    • Participate in industry groups, constantly learning and sharing best practices.
  • Strategic Mindset:
    • Envision future possibilities, trends, and innovations. Can translate these insights into breakthrough strategies that drive significant growth and differentiation in the market.
    • Orchestrate roadmapping and prioritization processes with strong alignment with company strategies.

Salary Range: $155,000 – $193,000 (base pay)
