Role 🎨
At Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As Brand Designer, you will help build a beloved and trusted household brand, and the largest, most transformational mental healthcare company in the world.
- Drive massive awareness by testing and scaling brand (lifecycle, PR, B2B) and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Community, partnerships, podcasts, and more)
- Strategically balance a brand with many stakeholders including patients, providers, payers, regulators, and industry professionals
Sound Like You? 🎧
- Experience: 4+ years as a multidisciplinary Brand Designer with 2+ years at a DTC startup with a proven track record of building assets for social media, lifecycle marketing, graphic design, and campaigns & product launches
- Full Stack Brand Designer: Expert in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to amplify brand voice through design communications including social media, lifecycle marketing, graphic design, print, interactive, and experiential design
- Curious Creator: You are curious to learn and have a pulse on analogous brands and trends, curate inspiration boards, and have a wide range of creative influences
- Mission-Obsessed: You have a personal connection to our mission
- Remote-able: You excel in a remote-first, writing-based culture of freedom and responsibility
