About the role

  • Inserts client and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time constraint
  • Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Researches and obtains further information for incomplete documents
  • Applies data program techniques and procedures
  • Generates reports, stores completed work in designated locations and performs backup operations
  • Scans documents and print files, when needed
  • Maintains information confidentiality
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Complies with data integrity and security policies

Qualifications

  • With at least 6 months data entry/ back office work experience
  • With familiarity in Medical Terms
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experienced in using office equipment, like fax machines and scanner
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
