We believe buying enterprise software should be simple, pleasant, and fast instead of complex, painful, and slow (which is how it is today). Buyers now want instant access to presales (sales engineering) resources throughout the buying experience but they find it harder and harder to get what they need. Using Consensus, a sales engineering team builds a library of reusable interactive video demos that Sales sends out on-demand. Consensus automatically personalizes the experience and tracks engagement as the prospect shares the demo with other stakeholders in the buying group, bringing the entire buying group to live demos better educated and ready to talk specifics.
This not only reduces unqualified demos to near zero and can double the presales team’s productivity, it also removes the “demo lag time” for prospects and shortens the sales cycle by as much as 68%.

About the Role:
As an Associate Client Success Manager you’ll help support our SMB accounts who are not assigned a dedicated point of contact at Consensus. You will provide assistance to SMB accounts struggling to adopt or who are requesting additional help. You’ll be required to help onboard, train, and drive best practices with our SMB accounts. Your main indicator of success will be how well you drive adoption and growth/expansions within the SMB business segment.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive retention and growth within the SMB business segment
- Provide insights to customers to ensure proper Adoption & ROI (Consultative Approach)
- Comfortable training/presenting to large teams
- Ability to proactively understand client needs and respond accordingly
- Successfully manage and overcome client objections
- Help monitor and respond to client requests through Chat
- Consistently log activities as well as update/maintain account info in CRM
- Create necessary training materials specific to your clients’ needs
- Can work remotely (long-term) and self-manage
What We’re Looking For:
- BA/BS Preferred
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills – through chat, email, phone, and in-person
- Comfortable articulating software and engaging with executives (VP and C-Level Execs)
- An understanding of the different sales roles/positions within an organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing)
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a “can-do” attitude

$45,000 – $50,000 a year
Compensation is anticipated to be between $45,000 – $50,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
