ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Associate to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to Director, Performance Partnerships. Role is remote; must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Affiliate Marketing Associate for our Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile brands, you will work alongside the Performance Partnerships team to drive new user acquisition through the affiliate marketing channel. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations for the affiliate programs, providing general support to new and existing partners, and identifying new partnership opportunities. We’re looking to make moves and try the untested, so we’re looking for a candidate who can both nail the fundamentals while supporting the bigger vision.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, and excellent communicator. They have a steadfast willingness and drive to take ownership and “find a way.” They never accept good enough and are always looking for ways to better the process. Most importantly, they thrive on change and are eager to work on an agile team that they can grow with.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

  • Execute day-to-day operations of the Mint and Ultra Mobile affiliate program, such as application review/approval, creative/link management, partner tagging, IO updates, etc.
  • Manage inquiries from and provide general support to both new and existing affiliate partners.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
  • Build, grow and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Pull weekly and monthly affiliate reporting; analyze affiliate partner performance and identify data-driven optimization opportunities.
  • Create and send affiliate newsletters; own ad hoc communication to affiliate base.
  • Support all aspects of partner optimization initiatives, such as media kit sourcing, opportunity evaluation, asset management, partner support, tracking and reporting, etc.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 1 year working directly with affiliate partners.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, specifically Impact.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • General understanding of digital marketing metrics and an interest in translating data into action.
  • A genuine desire to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized thinker that’s capable of multi-tasking and managing several initiatives at once.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $60,000 – $70,000.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, incentive stock options and company paid holidays.  The specific programs and options available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
