Your Role
As our Growth Marketing Manager/Specialist you work remotely with our teams across the globe and take ownership from day one by working independently while being an excellent communicator. By focusing on running multiple marketing growth projects and operations that focus on all aspects of growth and retention, you play a pivotal role in driving Abusix’s growth initiatives. In this hands-on position, your strong background in data analytics and business analytics tools helps you leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels. In this role, you report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our product, sales, engineering, and people teams to contribute to the success of our company.
Your Impact
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to drive growth across social media, website SEO, and revenue channels.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Manage, and optimize digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B testing plans to improve campaign performance.
- Own Initiatives: Oversee and execute marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and people teams to align marketing efforts and optimize cross-functional processes.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience and an in-depth understanding of growth marketing in B2B SaaS or a Tech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
- Excessive knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or Tech Go-to-market.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across global cultures and different time zones.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to deliver outstanding results.
- Experience in Start-up / Scale-Up environments.
- Ability to take ownership and quickly grasp knowledge about our products.
- English on a native speaker level, with proficiency in multiple languages being a plus. Excellent written and communication skills

We’re a fully remote company with a globally distributed team, committed to fair compensation reflecting local market rates and a healthy work-life balance. Our salary range varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
