Position Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives to elevate our offline marketing efforts and achieve business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement through various offline channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing strategies across channels such as audio (podcast, streaming, satellite), direct mail, video (linear TV and CTV), and OOH to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform offline marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align offline marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the performance of offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in offline marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
You will likely have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or strategy role with a focus on developing and executing offline marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
You may have:
- Familiarity with healthcare or telehealth industry trends.
- Subscription based revenue model or ecommerce platform experience.
- A blend of agency and in-house environments.
- Collaborative efforts between marketing, data, and product teams.
- Independently launched new channels and products.
