We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth marketing efforts through captivating content creation, leveraging advanced AI tools where applicable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting engaging content tailored to our target audience, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies. This role will involve creating a variety of content formats, including landing pages, emails, thought leadership pieces, and SEO support, with the ability to utilize AI technologies for content optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our growth marketing objectives, integrating AI-driven content creation tools where appropriate
- Create high-quality content across various channels, including website landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media, leveraging AI to scale content production while maintaining quality
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all initiatives
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform content development
- Utilize available tools and resources, including AI-driven data analysis, to optimize content for SEO and enhance organic search rankings
- Measure and analyze the performance of content initiatives, leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in content marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within a B2B software or technology company
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling, audience-focused content that drives engagement and conversion
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Experience or willingness to learn how to utilize AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform content strategy
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
