About the role:
We are looking for a Growth & Product Marketing Analyst to join our Product Growth Team. We are a data-driven team responsible for growing InfinitePay products. We act as a strategic force in developing product communication, and customer journeys and improving products’ value propositions. As a Growth & Product Marketing analyst, you will help us expand InfinitePay banking products by executing tests on communication journeys across owned channels, to improve Activation, Engagement, and Retention metrics. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for operationalizing the content, logic and delivering reports (together with the Data team), learnings, and insights aiming to drive sustained growth for the product team, a better understanding of our customers, and helping us improve how we drive our merchants into our product on several platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead marketing and growth strategy on the banking products (InfiniteBank, InfiniteCard, InfiniteCash).
- Write and review copies for lifecycle journeys
- Develop, built the logic and manage the products communication journeys using learning and insights.
- Partner with our Growth Data team to understand more about the merchant usability of the banking products, dropoffs, cohorts brought by the acquisition team.
- Keep track of Data Team metrics and important data, developing analysis and reports with insights on a regular basis ensuring the success of the products
- Understand cross-channels marketing tools to built journeys and communications
