Overview
Osano is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as a prospect’s first interaction with our company, and we’re looking for someone who will enthusiastically represent our people, product, and ideals.
The ideal candidate is competitive by nature and enjoys connecting prospects to insights and products to solve their business challenges. You’ll be prospecting senior and executive-level leaders across marketing, compliance, data security, and legal. You’ll leverage your research, intuition, creativity, and personality to form authentic connections and help solve their challenges with our solutions. You’re in direct control of your success as the compensation for this role is a combination of base + commission.

The Role
- Leverage Osano’s best-in-class tech stack to prospect and perform multi-channel outbound strategies that generate qualified opportunities, meeting established goals and KPIs
- Measurable metrics include (but are not limited to) phone calls, emails, social touches, and pipeline management, plus qualified opportunities generated per month.
- Test new and innovative approaches to lead generation, outreach, nurturing, messaging, targeting, and pipeline management. You must feel comfortable in an iterative environment.
- Nurture our supportive culture by building relationships across the company and being intentional when handing off prospects.
- Collaborate with product marketing and account executives to design, refine, and document various value propositions from scratch to understand how to best route different customers to multiple products.
- Stay up-to-date with privacy trends + our technical products, services, and pricing model.
About You
- You are seeking an entry-level position to kickstart a career in sales with a world-class revenue organization committed to investing in your development.
- You have working knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable CRM), Gmail, LinkedIn, and other online prospecting tools or willingness to learn.
- You have a hunger to constantly improve by seeking out feedback and being self-aware.
- You take pride in your communication and see it as a representation of your brand. You understand that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust.
- You are highly resourceful and able to overcome obstacles with positivity, creativity, and grit.
- You are curious and able to adapt to dynamic research, development, and industry knowledge.
- You have strong organizational skills, with the ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify your daily tasks to scale systems and processes across larger teams.

Compensation
You can expect stock options and annual on-target earnings of $65,000 upon joining the company.
