POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Content Map Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality learning guidance to Udemy Business customers at scale. This requires designing and improving processes and tools, ensuring the content maps are accurate and relevant, managing vendors, and collaborating with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders and customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop processes to further automate content mapping and improve the high quality, relevance, and accuracy of maps.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including customer requests and vendor relations.
  • Improve in-product tools for content map management at scale.
  • Educate customers and internal stakeholders on content map operations and strategy.
  • Identify trends in custom requests and develop new processes as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in an automation/operations role in a dynamic environment.
  • You are organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • You are efficient, strategically adopting tools and processes to help automate as much as possible in order to scale this service.
  • You have some data skills under your belt (or a real willingness to learn).
  • You are a strategic, analytical thinker who enjoys identifying creative solutions to problems.
  • You are a clear communicator in person and in writing and can represent Udemy’s values in customer interactions.

Range: $82,000 – 122,000k/year plus equity
