About the function & What you’ll be doing:

At the heart of Revolut are our people. We are like a professional sports team. We hire, develop, and retain elite athletes only and place them in the right spots to win.

Your team will be a key part of this effort, in particular you will:

– Lead the effort to improve Revolut’s maturity on People processes and products

– Lead the teams working on compensation, performance, people focused product development, employer branding, learning & development, talent enablement

– Report directly to Revolut’s CEO

– Hire and manage a team of A players

Minimum requirements:

– 8+ years of professional experience in a fast-environment

– A proven track record of strong career progression

– Exposure to performance, compensation, and employer branding work

– Experience in building and leading multiple teams

– Top-tier university background

Great to have:

– Previous experience in strategy & management consulting or a fast growing technology company

– STEM degree
