As Web Program Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across the marketing team and the company to plan, coordinate and deliver work that elevates the web experience of Grafana.com and related websites and digital properties. You will be part of a growing team that is focused on improving the UX, content quality and technical modernity of Grafana Labs’ online communications. You will help strategize our approach to improvement, prioritize requests, coordinate work-streams of content, design and development, and be a linchpin in communication about critical web projects, bugs, and new features.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Partner with stakeholders across Content, Design, Web Dev, Demand Gen, SEO, Product Marketing, and others to improve intake, prioritization, and delivery processes of content, UX and technical and initiatives.
  • Own and drive the project plans for website initiatives, including scoping, creating timelines, and communicating roadmaps and blockers.
  • Identify and drive operational improvements across the Website, Design, and Dev functional areas.
  • Own program strategy and onboarding for the website content management system, helping to increase self-service adoption and continuous use.
  • Provide strong leadership, great judgment, and clear communication to both partners and leadership.
  • Provide guidance and education to collaborators on how to create high-quality, SEO, and accessibility- friendly web pages and content.
  • Pitch in on marketing projects wherever needed or relevant
