The opportunity

Rumble is looking for a highly motivated technical writer who will enable users to get the most out of Rumble Network Discovery. You’ll be working with the engineering, marketing and sales teams to build documentation for new features and to understand what assistance users typically need. You’ll then create the right content for the task, whether it be as copy, videos, or in-product guidance (with help from our engineering team). This will be in coordination with marketing’s content team to help create a holistic library of assets for educating users.

Expected results

  • Planning and writing technical content that will reduce the number of support requests from customers by 20% or more.
  • Developing and integrating documentation processes to ensure consistent, on-time delivery of content that covers all changes delivered within the monthly release cycle.
  • Ensuring that customers have a comprehensive set of guides that will take them through 80% of common use cases within the first year.
  • Working with our design and engineering teams to accelerate time-to-value for prospects and customers, reducing deployment and getting started inquiries by 30% or more.
  • Create and maintain project requirements documentation for customer-initiated efforts.
