You have the unique chance to be one of the first members of a dedicated team We are looking for a super-smart, innovative and over-achieving Technical Success Manager with a passion for making customers successful while building technology solutions.
You will own the customer relationship from a technical perspective and, together with the Customer Success Manager, will support our strategic customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to continued adoption and usage of the platform. You will help our customers translate complex business needs into data-driven solution designs. You will be responsible for the solution implementation ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with Customer Success Manager to ensure client success from onboarding to continued adoption of the platform
- Customize reports, insights and design solutions tailored to customer use cases and needs
- Partner with customers in configuring out-of-the-box integrations
- Actively working as a technical advisor for any queries related to either out-of-the-box or custom solutions
- Successfully translate customer pains/requirements to proposed solutions and implement the proposed solutions
- Understanding customer internal processes in details and seek for improvement and optimizations in the provided solution
- Building applications and/or scripts to enhance customer experience
- Effectively communicate client needs to our developer teams for future product enhancement
- Previous experience as Technical Success Manager, Solution Engineer, Implementation consultant or similar position
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of Phyton or other programming skills is an advantage
- Understanding of APIs
- Understanding of complex enterprise solutions
- Familiar with SaaS technologies
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customer
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in data integrations
- Curious and pro-active in nature
- Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills
- Passionate about making customers successful
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science
