We are looking for a Technical Solutions Director to lead our growing team of Technical Solutions Consultants. In this role, you will bring your technical expertise and client-first focus to hire, build and lead a team of high performing Solutions Consultants.

Responsibilities

    • Hire and manage a team of Technical Solutions Consultants and support the team in leading new implementations for Degreed clients
    • Assume a technical leadership role within the team and provide hands-on guidance with technical escalations
    • Become an expert in Degreed product and services and the value Degreed delivers to our clients
    • Closely partner with the Client Engagement team to develop best practices for world-class implementations our team has come to be known for

Requirements

    • You are a strong technical leader with experience in one of the following: APIs and/or flat file transfers OR SAML integrations for SSO authentication
    • You have 5+ years of experience in a client facing, technical consulting role – preferably in the Human Capital Management or L&D space
    • You have 3-4 years of experience in managing a team of technical experts
    • You have a relentless focus on clients and their business needs
