This new role is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment at Postscript. You will be responsible for finding the best people to join our team and maintaining the best practices that make Postscript a world-class hiring organization.

Primary Duties

  • Own the full life-cycle of recruitment for all roles at Postscript
  • Develop recruiting programs and processes that ensure a robust pipeline of diverse, top talent
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders, and collaborate with them to customize and execute sourcing strategies and hiring plans
  • Operate as a subject matter expert and enforce best practices internally
  • Ensure that our interviewing process is operated efficiently and that candidates have a positive interviewing experience
  • Regularly analyze our hiring metrics and evaluate against industry benchmarks to identify areas of improvement
  • Manage contract recruiters as needed to enhance your recruiting efforts
  • Organize and attend recruiting and networking events as needed to source talent
  • Partner with our People team to broadcast our culture, values, and brand to a larger audience
  • Partner with our People team on other initiatives as they come up

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in early-stage software companies
  • Successful track record of consistently identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven ability to rapidly scale teams without compromising on talent caliber or sacrificing company culture
  • Experience managing external recruiting resources and/or direct reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
