This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

GoDaddy is looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to work with the TV, OTT and Audio Teams Strategic Initiatives and presenting results to Internal Reports and share outs of these channels.

What you’ll get to do…

  • Work closely with Media Planners/Buyers of the TV, OTT, Audio Teams, ensuring media plans are shared out internally, pacing is delivered, and results of media buys are presented to the larger teams
  • Support Media Buyers Handle workflow and process procedures and ensure they are followed for successful campaign launches
  • Identify media trends/tactics that will aid in the broader business impact and present to the media team and larger company
  • Work closely with Brand Team to layout Customer and Audience data that will best help Media Planners/Buyers
  • Collaborate across teams within Go Daddy (Care, Product, Brand, PR, Social, etc.) and find ways to join forces where applicable.
  • Develop solutions to address key operational challenges and pain points.
  • Manage Brand Lift Studies across various Marketing Teams
  • Collect and analyze customer insights – Learn from customers to understand their challenges, aspirations, and needs through self-motivated research or partnering with the research team.
  • Manage media results and shareouts
  • Work with analytics teams to develop – reports on a regular cadence, and generate insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-based results
  • Partner with the Creative team to brief media asset requests based on industry and channel-right approaches.
  • Develop and present internal reports and recommendations based on campaign results
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the channel leads to coordinate and report on campaign
  • Partner with internal stakeholders
  • Develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations, by utilizing bespoke 1st party and 3rd party data

Your experience should include…

  • 7+ years in Account Management or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of media across TV, OTT and Audio
  • Ideal candidate will embody and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in her/his team
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate across all levels of management
  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb presentation skills, including the ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly and simply
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • She/he will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and to influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Confirmed capability to use data to drive business decisions required
  • Comfortable creating structure and processes from a highly ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environments, developing relationships both internally and with external vendors
