Colorado base salary range: $106,500 – $130,200 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

The team

Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicates the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position

DocuSign is looking for a driven, data- and results oriented Sr. Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of integrated demand programs designed to drive engagement and pipeline through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS software and a strong background in campaign development and execution that supports pipeline generation. A primary function of this role is to drive and execute demand programs that ultimately result in pipeline generation. This role aligns to the Healthcare and Lifesciences Sales teams and prior experience in these industries is helpful but not mandatory.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Demand Marketing and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to develop the strategy, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing initiatives and programs that create demand for DocuSign
• Manage integrated marketing programs including webinars, content releases, events, channel marketing, and field marketing activities
• Make recommendations and continuously refine the marketing mix to drive the best results (including display, events, social, email, webinars, content syndication, direct response online, etc.)
• Work with database and digital marketing teams to optimize and manage digital channels
• Partner with product and content marketing teams to improve messaging and identify new content for campaigns
• Collaborate with the Sales Development organization to optimize how we target accounts and buying teams, ensure efficient lead follow up, and provide the right level of enablement
• Monitor and communicate programs, and adjust as needed to address pipeline gaps and optimize performance

Basic qualifications

• 8+ years experience managing demand and customer engagement programs for technology or software companies with a track record of successful results
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience with multiple demand channels, including digital, paid social, field, and email marketing to drive pipeline
• Excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with Sales leadership and Sales Development organizations
• Healthcare and Life Sciences demand marketing experience
• Metric-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-departmentally
• Creative, collaborative, and resourceful
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua, Outreach, ABM Platforms, and other marketing technologies
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
