Unilever PLC urgently seeks an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will support the Unilever corporate ambition through coordinated support across the business. The purpose of the General Administrative Assistant role is to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides Administrative support to Unilever Corporate

• Calendar management in a virtual/global community. Knowing how to prioritize key stakeholders will be an essential part of the role.

• Meeting scheduling and coordinating, including changing and updating in a timely manner.

• Expense report management.

• Travel management – international and domestic, which at times requires obtaining visas for multiple destinations and/or group travel.

• Travel arrangement for visiting international Executives and Directors.

• Coordinate various site events – back of store visits, Distribution Center visits, recycling companies, packaging companies, etc.

• Organization of monthly lunch & learns.

• Ability to manage multiple different virtual teams and help coordinate across multiple time zones.

• Managing the Director and VP calendar will require the candidate to understand priority over others.

• Work with leaders to ensure people possess the skills, capabilities and experiences to fulfil business needs through continuous learning.

• Develop and Utilize strong business understanding to create new insight to influence business unit decisions.

• Assists in administering employee benefits e.g. long term service awards, reward and recognition program- providing certificates doing logistical coordination).

• Employee Services- Filing employee records, processing loan applications

• Support with leave application, leave product pack, Filing employee records and processing loan applications.

Minimum Requirements and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years’ experience in similar role with basic qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic MS office skills

• Strong knowledge of key Administrative processes, roles and responsibilities

• Possess standard leadership behaviours’: growth mind-set, consumer & customer focus, bias for action, accountability & responsibility.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
