About the team

Our Jumpstart team is composed of high-energy people with unique backgrounds (from high school dropouts to MLK scholars). We’re a team of learners and doers with a bias for action. We move fast, iterate, measure, and iterate again. We also encourage each other to always remember the “why” in service to the mission and believe people are our greatest asset.

The Sales team is a team of 5 currently. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will report directly to our Co-Founder and work closely with cross-functional partners to improve and scale our Sales processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain our SFDC CRM
  • Independently test and maintain the stability and functionality of SFDC
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to:
    • determine operational and reporting needs
    •  improve and scale the Marketing <> Sales handoff process
  • Build out SFDC (through fields, hierarchy, etc) to answer business questions and scale sales & marketing operations
  • Implement initiatives to increase conversion and velocity of our pipeline
  • Streamline sales data and definitions across channels to improve our reporting
  • Write documents and provide technical training for Sales and Marketing teams
  • Run the day-to-day Sales operations and processes in SFDC. This includes processes for data integrity and cleanliness
  • Gather requirements and project manage changes to our processes and sales technology that result in improvements in sales rep productivity
  • Build our performance management & reporting capabilities and advise business leaders to optimize their businesses by making data-driven, actionable, recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities

Your Skills & Experience 

  • You love building elegant, robust processes, and scalable systems for a fast-growing, continuously changing marketing and sales org
  • You are highly proficient in Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Reporting, and Process Builder). Plus if you’re familiar with Hubspot.
  • You’re data-driven and have the ability to communicate data into meaningful insights
  • You have the ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams on track
  • You are eager to make an impact and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • You’re comfortable operating fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right
  • You have working experience in the Tech industry

We are a distributed team, and we offer US-based remote employment for most roles. Though we’re a distributed team, we’re currently only able to hire US-based candidates.
