Overview

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, the Sales Automation and Data Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the full range of sales automation tools utilized at Intellum. The admin will manage the systems, train the sales team, and be the expert on tools such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Databases, and LinkedIn Navigator. The role is to support the sales team in growing customer acquisition by driving qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn, dig in where needed, execute on assigned tasks and take initiative to help drive sales.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

● Be the expert user, administrator and trainer of all sales automation solutions

● Research and enter data for target clients

● Train and guide the sales team on best practices for sales automation tools

● The admin will have an additional responsibility of engaging with prospective clients to create awareness and set qualified meetings for the sales team

● Create and deliver analysis and reporting of all business development activities

● Provide data management and cleansing within Salesforce

● Work with marketing and sales on additional assigned tasks as needed

Skills & Requirements

● Sales and Marketing automation experience

● Experience with Salesforce and/or other sales automation tools

● Experience with MS Office

● Exceptional organizational, and communications skills, both verbal and written a must

● Self-motivated, energetic & highly organized

● Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or other business related field
