Pathrise (YC W18) is an online program for tech professionals that provides 1-on-1 mentorship, training and advice to help anyone land their next job. On top of that, we’re built around aligned incentives. Fellows only pay when they get hired and start working at a job first.

The Role:

We are looking for a SDR with 1-2 years of prior experience to help our company prospect potential customers using Linkedin.

One of the most important skills for this role will be the ability to write effective and high converting personalized sales outreach emails and LinkedIn messages. Prospecting will be done solely through LinkedIn, we are not looking for telemarketers or lead generation strategists.

SDR’s are responsible for finding qualified candidates for our fellowship program, engaging them regarding our fellowship, answering their questions and passing them off to our admissions team.

Experience with internal recruiting, contingency recruiting, or career coaching is a plus but not required. In order to qualify for this position we will ask that you complete a brief assignment in which you will display your ability to identify qualified candidates and draft message copy.

100% commission based work: $30/converted lead

Current SDR Average: 150-200 conversions/month
