Position Overview

We are seeking Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to initiate sales cycles. This position is responsible for feeding the sales pipeline by identifying and developing new sales leads to pass on to our sales organization. This is accomplished through sourcing, contacting, educating, and qualifying new prospects via phone, email, and social channels to create sales-ready opportunities. Consistently meeting or exceeding goals around qualified meetings and opportunities as well as pipeline/revenue growth will ultimately measure your success.

  • Produce qualified meetings for Sales that convert into pipeline opportunities
  • Know what it takes to achieve quota and execute it on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Identify and prioritize prospects, research, and monitor utilizing the SDR tech-stack, navigate through the prospect organization as needed, and deliver Firstup’s unique value propositions as relevant to the targeted contacts
  • Build and maintain alignment and positive partnerships with Field Sales and Marketing
  • Participate in virtual and/or in-person events as needed
  • Ensure use and data integrity of our CRM and Sales Engagement tools
  • Stay current on the Firstup platform, competitive landscape, and current market trends
  • Understand and live by the Firstup’s values

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-starter mentality with a well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the SDR, Field, and Marketing teams
  • Desire to learn, develop, and adapt to changing internal and external environments
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience utilizing a CRM preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
