Your qualifications:
- A successful track record in SaaS sales management with a focus on inside sales and SMB (3+ years)
- Passion for delivering value to the customer, maximizing their success.
- Proven experience finding and hiring top sales performers
- Experience and processes for coaching team members and helping them improve their performance
- Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills.
- Superb written and verbal skills (with a professional yet fun demeanor)
- Self motivated and proactive mindset.
- Based in the USA, quiet home office with fast internet.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and work with leads/customers directly as you build out the team
- Hire, train, motivate and hold accountable all sales positions and support them in achieving and exceeding their targets.
- Coach and mentor the team to improve sales processes and service our customers receive.
- Ensure we’re prioritizing high value leads and bringing on best fit customers
- Provide management and focus to drive results, set expectations, and manage performance.
- Monitor sales activity and evaluate against goals to measure growth, opportunity and productivity.
- Accurately report sales results to team and company
