Your qualifications:

  • A successful track record in SaaS sales management with a focus on inside sales and SMB (3+ years)
  • Passion for delivering value to the customer, maximizing their success.
  • Proven experience finding and hiring top sales performers
  • Experience and processes for coaching team members and helping them improve their performance
  • Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills.
  • Superb written and verbal skills (with a professional yet fun demeanor)
  • Self motivated and proactive mindset.
  • Based in the USA, quiet home office with fast internet.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and work with leads/customers directly as you build out the team
  • Hire, train, motivate and hold accountable all sales positions and support them in achieving and exceeding their targets.
  • Coach and mentor the team to improve sales processes and service our customers receive.
  • Ensure we’re prioritizing high value leads and bringing on best fit customers
  • Provide management and focus to drive results, set expectations, and manage performance.
  • Monitor sales activity and evaluate against goals to measure growth, opportunity and productivity.
  • Accurately report sales results to team and company
