The Role:

As the first hire on the Sales Operations team, you will help scale our sales infrastructure and drive excellence in our sales process. You will help define & improve sales processes, analyze and share insights on key revenue and sales trends, design and measure metrics to enhance overall productivity, and ultimately help scale our business in an effective way. We care about working as a team, delivering results, and what will move the needle most for Loom. This role will report to Andy Gale (VP of Finance & Operations). There is significant opportunity for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology while maintaining data hygiene
  • Partner closely with leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales processes and operations
  • Gather requirements and project manage changes to our sales technology that result in improvements in rep productivity
  • Support reporting and forecasting for the sales organization focused on but not limited to lead metrics, pipeline reports, conversion rates, existing business trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory
  • Support ad hoc information requests and analyses and other special projects

What You Should Have:

  • Strong background in SFDC architecture and management for sales teams
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to challenge the status quo to improve and streamline processes for increased efficiency and scale
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently or with little guidance
  • Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales tools
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations and/or an analytics role
