About the role

At Robinhood, we want to create an unforgettable positive experience for every research participant. We’re looking for a Research Participant Program Manager to partner with our researchers to build these experiences and execute on participant recruitment projects. You’ll be an integral part of the research process, driving recruitment strategy and ensuring quality participants are sourced for research studies.

As a Participant Program Manager, you are focused on the customer experience, are hyper-organized and are able to process a large volume of inputs. You adapt easily to changes and are able to switch directions easily. You are self-driven and can prioritize when faced with multiple projects, but know when to ask for help. You are a master of communication, both written and verbal. Ultimately, you are a professional team player who is positive and approachable.

This is a full-time remote position.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Partnering with researchers and research leaders as a trusted advisor; developing recruiting plans and executing against them
  • Screening, selecting, and scheduling participants who are a fit for research studies in alignment with research goals
  • Owning and juggling multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects
  • Helping to make participants feel welcomed and ensure research activities run smoothly
  • Building out our toolkit to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for our participants and researchers alike
  • Measuring and reporting on recruitment metrics
  • Learning the ins-and-outs of Robinhood and take on more complex responsibilities over time

About you:

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing recruitment, administrative, or similar role
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal, customer service, and collaboration skills
  • Fiend for organization and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Creative, and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Love and care for your craft

Bonus points:

  • Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company
  • Experience in SQL (querying large-scale relational databases)
  • Familiarity with research or recruitment processes

We’re looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to be a part of our journey in democratizing finance for all. If you’re ready to give 100% in helping us achieve our mission—we’d love to have you apply even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we’re looking for people invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
