Overview

At Yelp, we’ve hired some of the best minds in the industry, and their success is reflected in the growth of our products and services. Now, we’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist who lives for the chance to have a big part in elevating our employer brand!

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will have a big part in positioning Yelp as a top employer and helping attract some of the best talent to Yelp. You’ll also be a key player when it comes to managing and growing our employer brand social media channels (@LifeatYelp), aligning our messaging with our established voice and tone principles, and serving as a marketing resource for Yelp’s recruiting teams.

Your day to day will include daily content creation for social media and the Yelp Careers blog, teaming up with Yelp employees to find meaningful ways to share their career stories, highlighting the best of working at Yelp on social channels, spearheading our presence on reputation sites like Glassdoor and Indeed, and staying ahead of the curve on recruitment marketing tactics and strategies.

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Yelp will be in a unique position to share great employee stories, experiment with new ideas, and boost our existing presence to position Yelp as a five-star employer.

We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States
