Overview
– Assist clients with new account set up and basic questions about the Upwork platform
* Greet client warmly via chat/email or phone
* Ascertain the reason for their outreach
* Resolve any problems or issues such as assisting with payment information/set up, hiring on Upwork, and updates to any pending tickets
– Act as a trusted adviser to the client to help ensure the best outcome for the clients’ jobs
– Proactively monitor customer activity and provide insights and solutions to the client and our internal teams to improve outcomes
– Encourage increased adoption of Upwork through a consultative sales process.
REQUIREMENTS

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– 2 or more years related experience working with Enterprise clients Communication: Phone, Email, Chat Other Skills: Account Management, Customer Service, Project Management A technical background and experience in the staffing industry are a plus, but not required.
