Overview

The ideal candidate will join our International Partnerships team with the aim of growing Shopify’s in market presence and developing a strategy for growing our partnerships program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to improve Shopify’s offering across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). You will play an integral role in supporting our partners which includes web designers, developers, consultants, app developers and marketers —part of Shopify’s global strategy to become the backbone for all commerce. You will need to be a product-minded business development leader who will look to localize the product through partnerships thus improving the product market fit for Shopify in the region. The ideal candidate will be based out of Berlin.

Requirements for the role:

    • Hustle, and lots of it
    • Relevant experience in partner development/management, SaaS software sales/ channel sales, business development, or consulting
    • Agility and adaptability in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
    • An entrepreneurial mind which is target driven
    • A passion for retail, technology, and commerce
    • High proficiency in English. Multilingual candidates would be preferred
    • Ability to travel for work

Bonus points for:

    • International business exposure
    • A deep understanding of the EMEA eCommerce Landscapes
    • Remote working experience
