SUMMARY

As a Paid Marketing Manager also known as a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll work with our marketing team to establish and drive insanely effective, scalable Demand Generation programs. You will use your passion, experience and vision to help launch and manage effective paid campaigns (Google, FB, IG, etc), continuing our history of outstanding growth and maintaining the #1 Software solution for Barbers. REPORTS TO

This position will report to the SVP Marketing.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your best-practive knowledge with the marketing team and across departments
  • Use your ROI-driven mentality to decrease our acquisition cost, increase lifetime value and increase the number of quality leads
  • Plan and implement tactical demand generation marketing programs in support of specific campaigns.
  • Report on key performance indicators, current optimization efforts, and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the marketing team to grow and optimize our search and social media campaign portfolio through testing (A/B and/or Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, new target segments etc
  • Create a detailed blueprint for prioritizing improvements and optimizing channels
  • Support Sales & Product Marketing teams to help align earned vs paid initiatives to increase ROI

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior Campaign Manager or Media Manager or internal Marketing Manager experience
  • Someone who is looking to leverage data to propel a fast-growing startup within the fast growth vertical barbershop category
  • Undergraduate Degree Required, MBA preferred
  • 4-6+ Years B2B/B2C Marketing Experience in a SaaS or Subscription Base organization Strongly Preferred
  • Stellar organizational & communications skills
  • Expert in Excel/Google Sheets, SuperMetrics, pivot tables, marketing dashboards and daily metric monitoring
  • Self-starter with a ‘Get It Done’ attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to handle fast paced environment and high growth company dynamics
  • Passion for creating high performing demand gen programs to annihilate the competition
