What you will be doing?

  • Maintains confidentiality of records relating to Bayzat members’ treatment
  • Gathers information about community mental health needs and resources that could be used in conjunction with therapy
  • Assesses members’ mental condition based on review of member information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
  • Employs evidence-based outcome tracking and provide clients feedback, advice, and encouragement
  • Provides evidence-based therapy services care to Bayzat members
  • Establishes positive, trusting rapport with Bayzat members
  • Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders
  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to member needs and circumstances
  • Meets with members regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjusts treatment plans as necessary
  • Involves and advises family members when appropriate
  • Refers members to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
  • Educates Bayzat team members on skills, help them set concrete goals, and assist them in problem-solving
  • Coordinates and communicates effectively with Bayzat team members
  • Continually assesses member situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments
  • Establishes an internal wellness structure for Bayzat community
  • Analyzes group/team behaviors and creates action plans accordingly
  • Coordinates People and Culture Team when it is necessary
  • Creates education programs including but not limited to creating awareness, breaking down stigmas, mindfulness for Bayzat community

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in clinical psychology
  • 2 years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with an organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, exposure therapy for anxiety disorders)
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Solid relationship-building capabilities
