We are looking for an expert in SaaS, freemium or low touch acquisition models, able to build and execute on our whole acquisition strategy.

💪 What’s my mission?

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead the strategy, build the team and scale acquisition channels while also focusing on retention. We have a massive opportunity to build and scale acquisition, and for this we are looking for our next head of marketing to come lead our marketing and growth efforts.

Eventually as one of the early member of Slite, you’ll be be able to shape the future of it. We share as much ownership on the way we work and on the product itself as we can as we’re convinced our success is 99% due to our team.

A few words on our growth today

Until now we put a lot of product care, and very little expertise on how to distribute and sell.

It puts us in a very interesting spot: we see very low churn, terrific retention, great feedback from our users, and an ability to close large accounts. In parallel of that, we generate about 400 new teams every month.

🤗 Who will I be working with?

You will work closely with Laure, product marketing manager, Adrien and the growth squad as well as our founder Chris.

📖 What do I need?

You have 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, brand, content, and/ or acquisition in B2B SaaS

You have worked on strategy and positioning you know how to put them in practice

You have experience with a Freemium model and have a track record of a stable growth

You have lead a multi-functional marketing/ growth team before

You have worked with third party providers and managed agencies

You have great communication skills, you’ve built strong relationships with other teams like product and engineering

You have coaching and mentoring skills, you have helped other team members grow
