Printify is a growth-oriented print-on-demand platform that connects e-commerce merchants and print-on-demand manufacturers. We work in fast-paced, ever-developing conditions, resulting in expansion, evolution, and the discovery of modern opportunities. We are looking for a marketing coordinator to work in liaison with all the marketing squads and facilitate cross-squad strategic alignment. The role involves planning initiatives, managing projects with business partners, assisting in the development of Printify Brand strategy. To ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

What we are looking for

  • Own timeline tracking including calendar, creative brief schedule, and upcoming activation milestone dates for a multitude of marketing channels
  • Own marketing campaign project management
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams in order to make sure upcoming campaigns and initiatives are executed on schedule
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks and initiatives
  • Coordinate internal and external communications for product launches, including messaging, differentiators, product collateral, objection handling, competitive matrices, web copy, emails, social announcements, etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of multimedia specialists, graphic artists, and other specialists in preparing various marketing content
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and analyses to track progress of campaigns and to assist in development of new marketing initiatives

You should have

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of marketing or project management experience for a retail, banking, or technology company (preferred)
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders from different departments to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
