Coursera was launched in 2012 by two Stanford Computer Science professors, Andrew Ng and Daphne Koller, with a mission to provide universal access to world-class learning. Coursera is seeking an experienced Integrations Architect. As an integration expert, you will play a key role in establishing best integration design and implementation practices to deliver scalable integration solutions handling large volumes of data. You will provide leadership in architecting and building the foundation for API/Microservice-led development strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish design and implementation best practices to deliver scalable integration solutions handling large volumes of data leveraging MuleSoft.
  • Build integration strategy based on principles of reusability, security, scalability and quality leveraging MuleSoft Platform.
  • Build, deploy, monitor, and tune MuleSoft artifacts on Dedicated Load Balancers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and document detailed MuleSoft Process flows and establish best-in-class MuleSoft Application Packaging and Deployment Strategies
  • Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, business stakeholders and collaborate well within a team environment to drive results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, or relevant experience, and MuleSoft Certified Professional/Architect.
  • 4+ years MuleSoft experience in transforming complex strategic business requirements into workable technology solutions.
  • 4+ years of API and web services development experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in the enterprise application domain.
  • Knowledge and hands-on working experience on Mule 4+ Integration.
  • Working knowledge and experience on Java.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a software engineering or architecture role in areas such as API development, integration solutions, web services etc.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft development and analysis, including CloudHub, API Management, and DataWeave
  • Coding experience in contemporary back-end languages such as C#, Java, Python, Scala
  • Proficiency in developing RESTful web services
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork effectiveness in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of data management, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, master data management, mining, storing, cleansing, and security
  • Embrace new technologies and work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality.
