Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Specialist to execute our growth strategy day-to-day, bridging Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Product. Your main goal is to ensure a steady flow of leads are generated through a variety of marketing and sales programs.

This is an exciting individual contributor role for a person who loves problem solving. This has the opportunity to grow into a more strategic, analytical role focused on demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Ensure growth programs are running smoothly and reports are tracking vs. goal, working with strategic agencies and the internal team
  • Research: Become an expert in our target customer, competitive/industry landscape to inform campaigns, with an eye towards holding a lead number by late 2020
  • Sales Operations: Learn about customer needs firsthand by supporting Sales with qualifying leads, processing contracts, and researching prospective customers with outside vendors for sales outreach (as our internal expert on what we need)
  • Research: Chat with customers, leads and partners to understand their needs and problems, then funnel back insights into building stronger growth programs
  • Marketing:Project manage all active marketing campaigns, including demand generation/digital, partner, referral programs, our library of sales and marketing materials, and all updates to non-product Airhouse properties around the internet (website, social media, etc.)

Experience

  • 1-3 years working with startups, specifically software and technology
  • A foundational understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes
  • Clear, concise writing skills (you don’t need to be an expert copywriter, but you will help craft emails and content)
  • Prior remote working experience
  • Self-starter and fast learner
